LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontier Resources International PLC Thursday said it has appointed a new chairman and issued shares in order to cover payments to its broker.
Frontier said Neil Herbert has been appointed as its new chairman. He will replace Ric Piper, who is stepping down from the board.
The company also said it would issue 1.9 million shares at 1 pence per share to cover fees owed to broker Beaufort Securities Ltd.
Frontier shares were down 10.3% to 0.83 pence on Thursday.
