LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontier IP Group PLC Monday said it has agreed a deal to provide advisory and business development services to Vertequip, a Portuguese company formed to develop a technology aimed at the the renewable energy, construction, offshore oil & gas, and other industrial markets.
In a statement, the intellectual property commercialisation company said that Vertequip's technology, known as STEP, makes the "service and maintenance" of high vertical structures "safer, faster and more cost-effective".
Frontier IP said it will "assist Vertequip in further exploiting the commercial potential of its technology and to accelerate the expansion of its sales into new and existing markets".
Frontier IP shares were untraded at 26.25 pence Monday morning.
