LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontier IP Group PLC on Thursday said it has raised GBP1.0 million to back its investment plans.
The company, which focuses on commercialising university intellectual property, said it issued 4.2 million shares at 24.00 pence per share. Frontier IP shares were up 2.4% to 24.06p.
Frontier IP will use the funds to back the development of its portfolio and relationships with universities, including an expansion of its current team.
Cantor Fitzgerald, Frontier IP's nominated adviser and joint broker, handled the fundraising.
