LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontier IP Group PLC on Friday said that Director David Cairns will step down from his role on the company's board with effect from August 27.
"On behalf of the board I would like to thank David for his contribution to Frontier IP over the years and the important part he has played in the group's growth and success. I'd like to wish him all the very best in his future career outside Frontier IP," Chief Executive Officer Neil Crabb said.
Frontier IP Group shares were trading 0.1% higher at 79.60 pence each.
