LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontera Resources Corp on Thursday said it has issued 100.0 million new shares to settle fees due to "unrelated third parties" for oil field services including workover, drilling, logging and transportation.
The fees amounted to USD736,000, the oil and gas exploration and production company said.
The company will have 3.61 billion shares in issue.
The stock was up 3.0% at 0.52 pence on Thursday morning.
