LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontera Resources Corp Wednesday said it issued 18.75 million new shares to YA Global II SPV LLC in settlement of fees due for its arrangement role in the share subscription announced by the company earlier in May.
On May 5, Frontera said it had conditionally raised GBP2.8 million via a discounted share subscription by issuing 350 million shares at 0.8 pence per share. Frontera said the subscription became unconditional on Tuesday, which led to the issue of shares to YA Global.
Frontera shares were down 0.3% to 0.738 pence per share on Wednesday morning, making the issuance to YA Global worth GBP138,375.
