Fragrant Prosperity Finance Director Simon Retter Steps Down

LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment company Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Ltd said Wednesday that Finance Director Simon Retter has stepped down from the board with immediate effect in order to pursue other interests.

The company did not reveals details about appointing a replacement to Retter.

Shares in the company untraded at 2.85 pence on Wednesday.
