LONDON (Alliance News) - Fox Marble Holdings PLC said Tuesday sales for the first half are expected to almost doubled year-on-year.
The company, which focuses on marble quarrying in Kosovo, expects sales to hit EUR614,000 for the half-year to June 30, up from EUR329,000 reported in the comparative year ago period.
The company said it started the second half of the year "strongly" and expects to see continued good revenue growth through the remaining months.
Over the six months to the end of June, the company said production was "encouraging" with 5,429 tonnes generated compared to 3,817 tonnes the year before.
At July 27, the company's cash balance amounted to EUR289,000.
Fox Marble shares were trading down 0.2% at 8.60 pence each.
