(Alliance News) - Forterra PLC on Tuesday said it has promoted its finance director and company secretary to the role of chief financial officer.
Ben Guyatt, who has served as the heavy building materials supplier's director of finance and company secretary since it listed in April 2016, will assume the role of CFO at the start of 2020.
Guyatt succeeds current CFO Shatish Dasani, who leaves the role and the board on December 31 "to pursue other opportunities". Dasani joined Forterra in December 2015.
Shares in Forterra were down 1.7% at 288.00 pence in London on Tuesday.
