(Alliance News) - Wealth manager St James's Place PLC on Thursday said it has appointed former TSB Bank chief internal auditor Rosemary Hilary to its board with immediate effect.
Hilary joins the wealth management firm as a non-executive director and will join its risk committee and board audit committee. From 2013 to 2016 she was chief internal auditor at TSB Bank and her other former roles include being trustee and member of the audit, risk, & finance committee of homeless charity Shelter.
From 2016 onwards, Hilary has chaired the audit committee of Willis Ltd, where she is a non-executive director. She is also a director at Record PLC.
Shares in St James's closed up 0.6% at 1,004.50 pence in London on Thursday.
