LONDON (Alliance News) - Retailer Halfords PLC on Wednesday announced the appointment of former PepsiCo Inc executive Jill Caseberry as a non-executive director.
Caseberry will join Halfords' board from Friday. She has previously served in senior sales and marketing roles at the US's PepsiCo as well as at the UK's Premier Foods PLC.
Leaving Halfords at the same time will be Non-Executive Director Claudia Arney.
Chair Keith Williams commented: "Claudia is a highly regarded non-executive director and we have benefited greatly from her considerable efforts since she joined the board in 2011 initially as a director and more recently in her additional role as chair of the remuneration committee."
Shares were down 1.0% on Wednesday at a price of 237.95 pence each.
