(Alliance News) - Induction Healthcare PLC on Thursday appointed the former finance chief of Metal Bulletin PLC, Leslie-Ann Reed, as a non-executive director.
Reed, whose appointment is effective immediately, played "an important role" at commodities and economic research firm Metal Bulletin before its takeover by Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC.
She has also held senior finance roles at Universal Picture, EMI Music, and Warner Communications Inc.
Induction Chief Executive Ibs Mahmood said: "We are thrilled to welcome Leslie-Ann to our Board. Leslie-Ann's experience working with high growth and acquisitive companies will prove invaluable as we look to further grow our user base and app functionality, as well as looking at acquisition opportunities."
Shares in the healthcare software developer were untraded on Friday afternoon in London, last quoted at 119.50 pence each.
