(Alliance News) - FTSE 250 property investor CLS Holdings PLC on Wednesday announced the appointment of Bill Holland as a non-executive director.
Holland, who joins immediately, was a senior partner in KPMG's real estate business for 25 years, leaving in August this year.
He currently holds the role of non-executive director at London-listed Ground Rents Income Fund PLC.
Non-Executive Chair Lennart Sten said: "I am delighted to welcome Bill to the board. Bill has wide-ranging audit and real estate experience which will support the work of the Audit Committee.
CLS shares were down 1.1% on Wednesday at 265.50 pence each, giving a market capitalisation of more than GBP1 billion.
