(Alliance News) - Mpac Group PLC on Friday said former Ernst & Young partner Sara Fowler has joined the company immediately as an independent non-executive director.
Shares in Mpac were down 6.8% at 253.08 pence in London in afternoon trading.
Fowler replaces outgoing Non-Executive Director John Davies, who served on the board of high speed packaging and automation solutions firm Mpac for nine years.
Fowler was with Ernst & Young for 30 years, a partner for 17 years and then a senior partner for Ernst & Young Midlands for 7 years until June 2017.
"I would like to thank John for his support over the years, he leaves the group in a much stronger position and I wish him all the best in his future endeavours. I am also delighted to welcome Sara to the board as the group enters its next stage of growth and development," said Mpac Chair Andrew Kitchingman.
