LONDON (Alliance News) - Forbidden Technologies PLC on Tuesday said it established a technology alliance with computing solutions company Veritone.
The video platform developer said it will combine its Blackbird platform with Veritone's operating system aiWARE for immediate recognition of languages, faces, objects and logos from audio and video files.
Forbidden Tech highlighted that after adopting the aiWARE operating system, applications will automatically improve the speed and accuracy of their offering.
"We need to partner with companies that have a strong vision for intelligently guiding content through the most suitable engines for our customers' desired workflows," said Forbidden Tech Chief Executive Ian McDounough.
"Veritone provides a trusted operating system for artificial intelligence that empowers innovative companies, like Forbidden Technologies, to deliver actionable insights from previously unstructured data sources," added Andy Brinck, vice president of Worldwide Channels at Veritone.
Shares in Forbidden Tech were trading 9.2% higher at 5.58 pence each on Tuesday.
