LONDON (Alliance News) - UK-based budget airline business Flybe Group PLC Monday said it has appointed Philip de Klerk as chief financial officer, replacing Andrew Knuckey, who will step down in August.
Flybe said de Klerk will join the firm no later than November 1, but it is hoped that he may be in the position to do so as early as August.
The firm said de Klerk is currently brewer SABMiller PLC's global head of financial planning and analysis and finance director of the business capabilities programme.
Flybe was trading at 142.75 pence Monday morning, down 0.25 pence or 0.2%.
