LONDON (Alliance News) - Reconstruction Capital II Ltd Monday said that "interests connected to" shareholder and former director Ion Florescu on Friday bought 5.1 million shares in the company at EUR0.12 each.
Following the deal, Florescu is the beneficial owner, either directly or indirectly, of 33.4 million shares, about 33.4% of the company with voting rights.
Reconstruction Capital II shares closed at EUR0.12 on Friday. They were untraded on Monday.
