LONDON (Alliance News) - Online personal health and wellbeing services company Fitbug Holdings PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Donald Stewart as its new chairman with immediate effect.
Stewart formerly sat on the board of project management consultancy Progility PLC.
In addition, Fitbug said Paul Landau, the chief executive of its Fitbug Ltd subsidiary, and James Ward, its interim chief financial officer, will step down to pursue new business opportunities.
Anna Gudmundson, Fitbug's chief executive, will take on Landau's responsibilities and the company said the search for a permanent CFO is well-advanced, adding an interim CFO has been secured but declining to name the person.
Shares in Fitbug were down 4.5% to 1.48 pence on Tuesday morning.
