LONDON (Alliance News) - Firestone Diamonds PLC Thursday said it has completed its delisting from the Botswana Stock Exchange.
The AIM-listed diamond development company said the share shale facility closed on Friday March 28.
Firestone said 13 shareholders, holding 29,769 shares, accepted the offer under the facility.
The remaining 19, who hold 102,231 shares, opted to retain their shares, which will be transferred to Firestone's AIM register on or before April 11.
Firestone shares were Thursday quoted at 3.43 pence, down 2.0%.
