LONDON (Alliance News) - Jane Stabile, founder and president of fintech consulting firm IMP Partners LLC, will join City of London Investment Group PLC board with effect from July 1, the group said on Tuesday.
Stabile in addition to joining the board will become a member of the board's audit, nominations and remuneration committees.
Stabile founded IMP in 2004 and the company has now 4 of the top 10 global asset managers as their clients.
Aside her role of IMP president, Stabile advises clients who want to implement technological solutions at their firms.
Chairman David Cardale said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to give a warm welcome to Jane Stabile as our new [non-executive director]. We look forward to her valuable complementary contributions to our board deliberations."
On Tuesday, City of London Investment Group shares were trading down by 1.3% at 434.00.
