LONDON (Alliance News) - Electronics company Filtronic PLC Friday said it is searching for a new chief financial officer after Mike Brennan told the company he will step down in April.
In a statement, the company also said it is continuing to trade in line with expectations.
Brennan has been CFO since 2009. The company didn't say why he has decided to leave the company.
Filtronic shares were down 1.2% at 59.05 pence early Friday.
