(Alliance News) - A firm that provides trailers for film and television production is aiming to raise GBP18 million for the company and selling shareholders when it floats on London's junior AIM market early next month.
Facilities by ADF PLC on Tuesday unveiled plans to list on January 5, with an expected market capitalisation of GBP37.8 million.
The Bridgend, Wales-based company provides production facilities to the UK film and television industry, offering trailers and trucks for costume, make-up and production to companies including Netflix Inc, Sky and the BBC.
ADF hopes to raise GBP15.0 million for the company from new shares and GBP3.4 million for selling shareholders from existing shares.
Cenkos Securities PLC will act as broker and nominated adviser for the initial public offering.
