(Alliance News) - Falkland Islands-focused retail and logistics firm FIH Group PLC said Wednesday it has appointed Dominic Lavelle as non-executive director with effect on December 1.
Lavelle's most recent executive role was as chief financial officer of software services provider SDL PLC for five years from 2013 to 2018.
"I am delighted that Dominic has agreed to join the board of FIH from December 1. There is no doubt that his experience working across a multitude of sectors will be invaluable to FIH as we continue to deliver on our strategy," said Chair Robin Williams.
Shares in FIH - which is headquartered in Hertfordshire - were untraded on Wednesday, last quoted at 321.0 pence in London.
