LONDON (Alliance News) - Miner Ferrum Crescent Ltd said Friday it will issue new ordinary shares after 44.8 million options, granted during the company's placing earlier in the year, were exercised.
Ferrum Crescent said it will issue 44.8 million new ordinary shares of no par value as a result of the exercise of 44.8 million options at a price of 0.165 pence per share. These options were granted during the company's placing and subscription announced on April 27.
Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the total issued share capital of the company will comprise 1.6 billion shares.
