LONDON (Alliance News) - Ferrum Crescent Ltd said Tuesday its shares on AIM and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange will be temporarily suspended as the company changes name to Europa Metals Ltd.
Shares in the zinc explorer will be suspended from trading on AIM from June 4 to June 8. In Johannesburg the company's shares will be suspended from June 5 to June 8.
Shares in Ferrum Crescent closed up 3.2% Tuesday at 0.080 pence each on AIM. In Johannesburg, shares closed flat at ZAR0.02.
