LONDON (Alliance News) - Iron ore development company Ferrum Crescent Ltd on Wednesday said it has appointed Justin Tooth as its new non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
He replaces Edward Nealon, who has left the company to pursue his other business interests.
Tooth is a veteran banker, having worked for the likes of Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers in the past.
Ferrum shares were untraded Wednesday, having last traded at 0.230 pence.
