LONDON (Alliance News) - Ferrexpo PLC on Monday delayed once again its annual results release as it continues to investigate payments to a charity.
Ferrexpo will now release its 2018 results on April 25, not on Wednesday as previously planned, which itself was a delayed date.
The independent review is ongoing, looking into donations made by the iron ore pellet producer to Blooming Land Charity in Ukraine.
The review has made progress in receiving "explanations" for differences in bank statements of the charity, Ferrexpo said, and it has also received some third-party evidence over potential discrepancies in how the charity used money donated.
Ferrexpo shares were up 1.8% at 252.14 pence early Monday in London.
