LONDON (Alliance News) - Ferrexpo PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Directors Mary Reilly and Bert Nacken will not stand for re-election at the mid-cap mining company's annual general meeting on June 7.
The company did not disclose whether it intends to appoint the successors.
Earlier on Friday, Ferrexpo said Deloitte has resigned as the company's auditor with immediate effect, amid a spat over potential links between the company's chief executive and a charity being probed for misuse of funds.
Ferrexpo shares closed 29% lower on Friday at 190.89 pence each.
