Ferrexpo Finance Head Mawe To Step Down, Acting CEO Appointed To Board

(Alliance News) - Iron ore company Ferrexpo PLC on Monday said Chris Mawe will leave his position as group chief financial officer once an orderly transition process has been established.

The company has commenced a process to identify a successor to Mawe.

Ferrexpo also said acting Chief Executive Officer James North will join the board as an executive director, with immediate effect.

North joined the London-based company in 2014 and was previously the COO of London Mining PLC.

Ferrexpo shares were up 0.1% at 168.00 pence each on Monday morning in London.
