LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed buildings materials firm Ferguson PLC on Friday announced the departure of Non-Executive Director Pilar Lopez after more than five years with the company.
Lopez, who was recently appointed in the same position at Spanish clothing firm Inditex SA, is leaving "due to her increasing business commitments".
Chairman Gareth Davis said: "On behalf of the board I would like to thank Pilar for her considerable contribution to Ferguson over the past five years.
"I would like to take this opportunity to wish her well for the future."
Shares were 0.4% lower on Friday morning at 6,086.00 each.
