LONDON (Alliance News) - African low-cost airline Fastjet PLC Wednesday said it has raised GBP950,000 by drawing down its equity financing facility with Darwin Strategic Ltd.
In a statement, the carrier said it had issued 47.5 million shares to Darwin at 2 pence each for the drawdown.
It didn't say what the funds will be used for.
FastJet shares were up 1.6% at 1.93 pence Wednesday morning.
