LONDON (Alliance News) - fastjet PLC said on Friday it has promoted Deputy Chief Financial Officer Kris Jaganah to the role of chief financial officer.
fastjet is a UK and South Africa-based low-cost airline which operates mainly in East Africa.
He will be replacing Michael Muller, who stepped down at the end of March after two years in the role since 2017.
Jaganah has been deputy finance chief at fastjet for seven months since October 2018.
"I am delighted to welcome Kris into his new role. The range and depth of experience and expertise he brings will prove valuable as the company moves forward through 2019 and beyond," said Chair Rashid Wally.
Shares in fastjet were down 5.3% at 1.35 pence on Friday.
