LONDON (Alliance News) - Low-cost African airline Fastjet PLC on Friday said three of its non-executive directors are to step down, necessitating its chief commercial officer also leaving the board.
Non-Executive Director Clive Carver, who acted as interim chairman of the company until handing over to Colin Child in October, will step down with immediate effect.
Bryan Collings and Rob Burnham, fellow non-executives, will stand down after the group's annual general meeting in 2016 as they pair will not stand for re-election.
As a result of Carver's departure, Chief Commercial Officer Richard Bodin will step down from the board in order balance the number of executive and non-executive directors in place.
Shares in Fastjet were down 0.4% to 57.75 pence on Friday.
