LONDON (Alliance News) - Low-cost African carrier Fastjet PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Lisa Mitchell as its chief financial officer and an executive director with immediate effect.
Mitchell is the former chief financial officer of Ophir Energy PLC, the FTSE 250-listed oil and gas company, and also has experience in the pharmaceuticals sector.
She will replace Nick Caine, whose resignation was announced in October last year.
