LONDON (Alliance News) - Travel money and foreign exchange company FAIRFX Group PLC on Thursday said it has struck a deal with car hire company Hertz Europe Ltd to cross-promote each other's products.
The partnership will start on April 30 and is expected to bring benefits for both companies, boosting FAIRFX's customer base and providing further products for Hertz to sell to its existing client base.
"We are delighted to partner with Hertz, which gives us a unique opportunity to introduce our travel money and money transfer solutions to a new audience of travellers whilst at the same time being able to offer our existing customers a great deal on car rental. We look forward to a relationship that will improve the travel experience of both Hertz and FAIRFX customers," said Ian Strafford-Taylor, FAIRFX's chief executive.
Shares in FAIRFX were up 0.8% to 41.828 pence on Thursday.
