LONDON (Alliance News) - Currency exchange provider FairFX Group PLC on Tuesday said it has signed a partnership with UK low-cost carrier Monarch Airlines.
The pair have signed a deal to mutually promote their respective products, which they think will be particularly attractive at present as UK holidaymakers contend with a weak pound following the Brexit vote.
Monarch will promote FairFX's international transfers, cards and travel cash, in return for which Monarch customers will benefit from preferential exchange rates from FairFX.
"We are delighted to enter into this agreement with Monarch, which will involve cross-promotion and more efficient marketing of our products," said Ian Stafford-Taylor, FairFX's chief executive.
FairFX said last week it has signed a similar deal with last season's Premier League winner, Leicester City Football Club, with an exclusive deal to provide the club with foreign exchange services for the next two years.
FairFX shares were up 1.7% to 30.00 pence Tuesday.
