Facilities by ADF halves proposed final dividend to be "prudent"

2nd Jun 2025 11:32

(Alliance News) - Facilities by ADF PLC on Monday cut its previously proposed final dividend in half in order to "maintain maximum flexibility in the near term".

The Bridgend, Wales-based provider of serviced production facilities for the UK film and television industry proposed a revised final dividend of 0.5 pence per share for 2025, for a 1.0p total.

Previously, it said it had recommended an unchanged final dividend of 0.90 pence per share, giving an unchanged total dividend of 1.40p.

The company said trading for the current financial year remains in line with expectations, with activity levels expected to be weighted to the second half.

It expects to be cash generative in 2025, with closing cash balances in line with expectations.

Subject to approval at the annual general meeting, the revised final dividend will be paid on August 13.

"The board remains committed to the group's progressive dividend policy in the longer term and, whilst the company remains financially robust, the prudent approach to the final dividend will allow the company to maintain maximum flexibility in the near term in what remains an evolving macro-economic environment," the company said.

Shares in Facilities by ADF were down 3.1% at 15.50 pence in London on Monday morning.
