LONDON (Alliance News) - F&C UK Real Estate Investments Ltd Monday said its subsidiary IRP Holdings Ltd has acquired an office block in High Wycombe for GBP7.0 million, at an initial yield of 7.0%.
The company did not name the sellers, but said the office will be let to healthcare providers Takeda UK Ltd for 10 years and development services company Aptiv Solutions for five and a half years.
Takeda will pay GBP341,825 a year in rent, while Aptiv will pay GBP175,615 a year in rent.
F&C UK Real Estate Investments shares were quoted up 0.9% at 85.75 pence late Monday afternoon.
