LONDON (Alliance News) - F&C Global Smaller Companies PLC said Wednesday that it has cancelled the listing of its shares from the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
Its shares will cease trading on the exchange June 17.
The company said it had decided not to keep the listing as the number of shareholders on the New Zealand share register has "reduced substantially" since it listed in 1995, and the compliance costs to remain listed were no longer outweighed by the benefits of the listing.
Following this cancellation, the trust will be solely traded on the London Stock Exchange.
Shares in F&C were trading down 0.1% at 849.61 pence Wednesday afternoon.
