(Alliance News) - Natural resources exploration company MetalNRG PLC said Wednesday that it has raised GBP267,932 from placing 59.5 million shares at 0.45 pence per share.
Last Friday, the company reported a widened loss for the first half of financial 2020. In the six months to August 31, the company's operating loss was GBP260,228 compared to GBP98,780 last year. MetalNRG reported increased administrative expenses of GBP179,859 up from GBP105,206. The company did not generate any revenue during the period.
Shares in MetalNRG- headquartered in London - were closed up 18% at 0.62p on Wednesday in London.
