LONDON (Alliance News) - Information services and credit reports company Experian PLC on Friday said it has hired KPMG as its new auditor following a tender.
The FTSE 100-listed company said KPMG will take over with effect from the financial year to the end of March 2017. PwC, its auditor since October 2006, will resign at that time.
Experian shares were flat at 1,059.00 pence on Friday.
