LONDON (Alliance News) - Experian PLC said Friday its subsidiary, Experian Finance PLC, has priced its 4.25% 2029 notes at USD500 million.
The notes - which Experian expects to be rated Baa1/A- will be issued by Experian Finance and guaranteed by Experian.
The FSTE 100-listed consumer credit rating firm said the net proceeds will be used for "general corporate purposes", which could include acquisitions and the repayment of certain outstanding debt.
The issue is scheduled to close on January 31.
Shares in Experian closed down 0.9% Friday at 1,905.00 pence each.
