LONDON (Alliance News) - Testing and inspection services company Exova Group PLC on Wednesday said it has signed a deal with metal forging and foundry services company Ulven Cos to provide mechanical, chemical and metallography testing services.
Exova provided no financial details on the deal.
Exova will carry out the work, under which it will provide testing services for aerospace-grade alloys, at Ulven's facility in Portland, Oregon.
"This new long-term agreement further underlines Exova's reputation at the forefront of metallurgical testing. Our team in Portland draw on our global expertise to support Ulven's advancement of specialty forgings along with the steel castings manufactured by Wolf Steel Foundry," said Rocco Moro, Exova's aerospace division vice-president.
Shares in Exova were down 3.0% to 180.50 pence on Wednesday.
