LONDON (Alliance News) - Exillon Energy PLC Wednesday posted a decline in average production in March, hit by oil pipeline repair works undertaken by Transneft OAO and the temporary suspension of operations by certain oil refineries.
The oil producer with assets in Russia posted an average daily production rate of 16,777 barrels per day in March. This was down from 18,090 barrels per day in February and 18,380 barrels per day in January. However, peak production in March was 18,352 barrels per day, compared to 18,871 barrels per day in January.
Shares in Exillon were trading down 1.2% at 140.25 pence Wednesday afternoon.
