(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Xpediator PLC - Braintree, England-based freight management services provider - Hires Gillian Wilmot as independent non-executive interim chair, starting Wednesday. Rob Riddleston steps down as interim chair but remains an independent non-executive director. Wilmot currently is chair of media services firm Zoo Digital Group PLC. Xpediator also hires Mike Stone as interim chief executive officer for an initial six-month term. Stone replaces Wim Pauwels, a non-executive director who has been serving as interim CEO since November. Pauwels now has stepped down from the board. Stone formerly was chief operating officer of peer DX Group PLC. Also on Wednesday, Richard Myson rejoined Xpediator as chief financial officer, replacing Mike Williamson. Myson has been with Xpediator on and off since 2004.

Victoria PLC - Worcestershire, England-based flooring manufacturer - Mike Scott will retire on August 22, after six years as CFO. He will be replaced by Brian Morgan, who joins from chemicals maker Synthomer PLC, where he has been director of Finance since 2017.

Personal Group Holdings PLC - Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire workforce benefits provider - Chief Operating Officer Liam McGrath resigns, leaving at the end of October. Starts search for successor.
