EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Wishbone Gold hires former Goldman banker as chair

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Games Workshop Group PLC - Nottingham, England-based miniature wargames maker and retailer - Promotes Non-Executive Director Randal Casson to senior independent director, effective immediately. Casson replaces Mark Lam, who moved up to chair at the start of this month.

Wishbone Gold PLC - Red Setter project in Paterson Range in Western Australia - Hires Tony Moore as chair, starting immediately. Moore is an investment banker who in 1983 opened and ran the Hong Kong office for Goldman Sachs Group Inc. Subsequently for Goldman in the UK, Moore worked on the privatisation of the UK electricity industry. Since leaving Goldman in 1991, Moore has been a director of and has chaired a number of public and private companies.

Colefax Group PLC - London-based designer and distributor of furnishing fabrics and wallpapers - Promotes Tim Green to the board as commercial director, effective immediately. Tim Green is the son of Colefax Chief Executive David Green. He joined the company in 2018 and was named commercial director of the Fabric division in 2019. Prior to Colefax, Tim Green was CEO of Tangent Communications PLC, a former AIM listing.
