TechFinancials Inc - British Virgin Islands-based technology and mineral exploration company - Appoints Manish Shavadia as chief financial officer, board director and company secretary following its investment in the Dilotiko project. Shavadia acquired a 25% stake in Dilotiko on January 20, with an option to increase up to 60% of the operation. Separately, Asaf Lahav resigns from the board with immediate effect.

Alumasc Group PLC - Kettering, Northamptonshire-based supplier of building products for water and energy management - Confirms Pamela Bingham has been appointed chief executive officer, succeeding Paul Hooper following his retirement on Tuesday. Bingham joined the board as CEO designate on March 2.

Focus Xplore PLC - strategic energy and critical minerals exploration company with exploration programs in Ontario, Canada - Appoints Antony Legge as independent non-executive chair, David Russell as executive director and Neil Slade as non-executive director, while Sean Wade and Chief Executive Officer Patrick Cullen step down from the board. Says it plans to appoint an additional director with mining expertise. Adds it is reviewing existing assets and assessing new exploration opportunities following recent funding, while implementing cost-saving measures including capped director salaries and deferred payments. Says total salaries of new directors will not exceed GBP60,000.

Victorian Plumbing Group PLC - Lancashire, England-based bathroom retailer - Confirms completion of chief executive officer succession, with Stephnie Judge appointed CEO and joining the board, succeeding founder Mark Radcliffe. Radcliffe moves to non-executive founder director role and remains a significant shareholder, continuing to support the group's strategic direction.

Shearwater Group PLC - London-based cybersecurity advisory and managed security services group - Non-Executive Director Giles Willits steps down from the board with effect from Wednesday after more than a decade with the company. Says search for a replacement is at an advanced stage following Robin Southwell's appointment as chair in January. Adds trading remains in line with expectations, with the company entering the second half of financial 2026 with increasing confidence as new deals progress through the pipeline.

One Health Group PLC - Yorkshire, England-based independent provider of elective surgical care - Appoints Heather Craven as part-time chief financial officer and board director from April 8. Craven is a chartered accountant with experience across FTSE, AIM and private companies, and was most recently senior independent non-executive director at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. Separately, Chief Medical Officer Shantanu Shahane will retire from the role to focus on clinical practice, with Anil Hormis joining as associate medical director to support a handover. Chief Executive Officer Adam Binns says Craven's experience will support the company's growth plans, including the opening of its first surgical hub in 2027.
