(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Tullow Oil PLC - oil and gas producer in Ghana, Gabon and Ivory Coast - Says Chief Financial Officer Richard Miller will become interim chief executive officer as well from February 14. Current CEO Rahul Dhir will step down from board on that day but remain available during his notice period to June 5. Tullow says the search for a permanent CEO is "progressing well".

Severn Trent PLC - Coventry, England-based water utility - Senior Independent Director Kevin Beeston will leave the board on April 30, having served for nine years. Severn Trent hires Nick Hampton as a new non-executive director, joining the board on April 4 and replacing Beeston as senior director on May 1. Hampton is the CEO of food ingredients maker Tate & Lyle PLC, prior to which he worked at PepsiCo Inc.

Great Portland Estates PLC - London-based commercial property developer - Hires William Eccleshare to be its next non-executive chair, succeeding Richard Mully at the company's annual general meeting in July. Eccleshare will join the board as a non-executive director on May 1. He is an advertising executive who was chief executive of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. He currently is senior independent director of Centaur Media PLC. Great Portland Estates Senior Independent Director Nick Hampton, who led the search for a new chair, will himself step down from the board on April 3, replaced as senior director by Karen Green, who joined the board in 2023.

Forterra PLC - Northampton, England-based maker of clay and concrete building products - Hires Nigel Lingwood as next chair, replacing Justin Atkinson at the company's AGM on May 20. Atkinson has been chair since 2019 and a company director since 2016. Lingwood is chair of FTSE 250-constituent Volution Group PLC, a supplier of ventilation products for the construction market, and senior independent director of Dialight PLC, with provides LED lighting products.

Mobico Group PLC - Birmingham, England-based transport operator, formerly known as National Express - Chair Helen Weir will not stand re-election as a director as the 2025 AGM for "personal reasons". Mobico will start to search for a new chair, says Senior Independent Director Karen Geary.

Velocity Composites PLC - Burnley, Lancashire-based supplier of composite material kits to aerospace industry - Hires Oliver Smalley to be chief operations officer, a non-board position. Smalley has more than 20 years experience in composites and metallics, including at BAE Systems PLC.

Investment Evolution Credit PLC - London-based online consumer loans - CEO Marc Howells resigns immediately "to pursue his other business interests". Richard Leaver, who joined the board as a non-executive director only last month, moves to CEO and executive director. Investment Evolution says it will no longer add John Philip de Blocq van Kuffeler to the board as executive chair. Neil Patrick remains independent non-executive chair. The company says Leaver is well placed to lead its 'buy and build' strategy in the UK and US. Leaver subscribes for 1.0 million shares at 1 pence each, worth GBP10,000, raising his total holding to 2.0 million shares, a 2.9% stake. Investment Evolution shares last traded on AQSE on October 31 at 13.00p.
