SulNOx Group PLC - London-based hydrocarbon fuel emulsification specialist - Announces appointment of Steven Cowin as chief financial officer with immediate effect. For the last decade he has been CFO for the Global Risk Consulting division at Aon PLC.

Miton UK MicroCap Trust PLC - invests in UK-listed companies with market capitalisations of less than GBP150 million - Names Davina Walter as a non-executive director, starting in the role on Tuesday. Walter worked for more than 11 years at Cazenove & Co before spending over 16 years as an investment manager of both large and small cap US equities, most recently as managing director at Deutsche Asset Management. She is currently chair of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust PLC and a director at JPMorgan Elect PLC.

BSF Enterprise PLC - UK-based company seeking acquisition target within the innovation marketing and technology sector - Appoints Dennis Ow as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Ow was previously senior business manager of Asia Pacific for the London Stock Exchange and has worked in various investment Banks in Asia.

Cloudcall Group PLC - Leicester, England-based computer telephony integration firm - Announces that Non-Executive Gary Browning will leave role with immediate effect. He will be replaced by Carl Farrell, who Cloudcall says is an "accomplished global executive and board member with a portfolio of broad experiences gained from working with successful and innovative technology companies internationally".
