(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Leeds Group PLC - West Yorkshire, England-based textile manufacturing - Non-Executive Chair Jan Holmstrom will leave the board following the annual general meeting on November 20, having been in post for 13 years. Non-Executive Director Johan Claesson will take his place. Last month, Leeds Group reported a pretax loss of GBP3.8 million for the financial year that ended May 31, widened from GBP893,000 in financial 2023, as revenue fell to GBP16.8 million from GBP27.8 million. Back in March, Leeds Group sold Hemmers, its operating subsidiary, for GBP501,000, while retaining three properties. Leeds Group as a result became an AIM cash shell. It needed to make an acquisition within six months to avoid a trading suspension for its shares. It didn't, so the shares were suspended at the end of September and will be cancelled if it doesn't make one in another six months. Leeds Group said it considered moving to the AQSE market in London, but its market capitalisation is too small, being below GBP2 million.

EJF Investments Ltd - invests in debt issued by smaller US banks and insurance companies, participating in income streams of EJF Capital LLC - Confirms Non-Executive Director John Kingston as chair, starting on Friday last week and replacing Interim Chair Alan Dunphy, who remains on the board as a non-executive director. Kingston had joined the board in early September with the intention of becoming chair. He is a lawyer and investment banker, having worked at Morgan Stanley and Affiliated Managers Group. EJF Investments in September reported its net asset value on June 30 was 164 pence per share, giving a 5.6% total return for the first half of 2024.
----------
TheraCryf PLC - Cheshire, England-based oncology and neuropsychiatry drug development, formerly Evgen Pharma - Chair Sue Foden dies. TheraCryf says Foden's death was "sudden". She was a board member since 2015 and chair since September last year. TheraCryf says it will look to add an additional non-executive director.
----------

Sanderson also hires Scott Hans to be senior vice president of sales in the US. Hans has more than 20 years' experience in the luxury design and interiors industry, Sanderson says.
----------
Oberon Investments Group PLC - London-based investment management, wealth planning and corporate broking - Richard Penny, a special situations and small-cap fund manager, will join Oberon together with his team as part of a fund transfer deal. At Oberon, Penny will continue to manage his three UK-focused funds, which are transferring from active equities investment manager Lansdowne Partners. The funds are TM Crux UK Special Situations Fund, TM Crux UK Core Fund, and TM Crux UK Smaller Cos Fund. Together, they have about USD84 million in assets under management.
